J. Rex TolliverJ. Rex Tolliver has been appointed vice president of student affairs and academic support at the University of South Carolina. Tolliver earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master of public administration degree from Louisiana State University. He holds a juris doctorate from the Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minn.
