Virginia Rougon ChavisVirginia Rougon Chavis has been named associate provost at the University of Mississippi, where she served as a professor of graphic design and chair of the department of art and art history. Chavis received her bachelor’s degree in art from the University of Mississippi and an M.F.A. in graphic design from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia.
